District 4 (San Juan) Rep. Víctor Parés Otero endorsed the appointment of engineer Josué Colón Ortiz as “energy czar” this week and announced that he will work hand in hand with the official to expedite the reconstruction of the island’s electrical infrastructure, including the generation component.
